Cancellation Policy

At Mana Saarathi, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our verified drivers. Please read the following carefully before making a booking.
1. Customer Cancellations
Customers may cancel a confirmed booking subject to the following terms:

| More than 4 hours before scheduled pickup | No charge — Full refund (if prepaid) |
| 2 to 4 hours before scheduled pickup | 25% of booking amount |
| 1 to 2 hours before scheduled pickup | 50% of booking amount |
| Less than 1 hour before scheduled pickup | 75% of booking amount |
| After driver has arrived at pickup location | 100% of booking amount (no refund) |
2. How to Cancel

3. Mana Saarathi Cancellations
If Mana Saarathi cancels a booking due to operational reasons or driver unavailability, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately.
4. No-Show Policy
If a customer cannot be reached within 15 minutes of driver arrival at pickup, it will be treated as a cancellation with 100% fee.
