Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Mana Saarathi ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Our Services
Mana Saarathi provides on-demand, professional driver services for your own vehicle. We connect verified, police-checked drivers with customers who require driving assistance for personal, corporate, outstation, or event purposes. We are not a cab/taxi service — our drivers operate your vehicle, not ours.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to book our services.
- By booking, you confirm that you are the registered owner or authorized user of the vehicle.
- You must provide accurate personal and booking information.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made at least 30 minutes in advance.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation message from our team via WhatsApp or call.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking request without stating a reason.
- Mana Saarathi is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure your vehicle is in roadworthy condition before the driver arrives.
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations.
- Treat our drivers with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Do not request drivers to violate traffic laws or engage in illegal activity.
- Ensure your vehicle has valid insurance, registration, and PUC certificate.
- You are responsible for any toll charges, parking fees, fuel costs, or fines incurred during the trip.
5. Driver Conduct
All Mana Saarathi drivers are police-verified, background-checked, trained in professional etiquette, and licensed experienced drivers.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for illegal transportation of goods or persons, activities that violate local laws, or harassment of drivers.
7. Liability Limitation
Mana Saarathi acts as a facilitator between customers and drivers. Our maximum liability in any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
